Why Multi-Station Cold Forming Can Lower Unit Costs
For suitable repeat-volume parts, multi-station cold forming can achieve a typical output of approximately 40,000–50,000 pcs/day, compared with around 5,000 pcs/day through conventional turning. By forming the required part geometry directly through multiple stations, it creates a faster, more material-efficient production route and helps lower unit costs.
