What surface treatments do you offer?
Our surface treatments include galvanizing (white zinc, blue and white zinc, color zinc), nickel plating, blackening, hot dip galvanizing, phosphating and dacromet.
We maintain a strict quality control process. After production and before shipment, we perform hardness testing, salt spray testing, torque testing and automatic optical inspection.
Why is the minimum order quantity 1000 kg?
We set a minimum order of 1000 kg to ensure the best cost effectiveness and optimize production and transportation. While this may be inconvenient for customers with fewer orders, we are willing to discuss solutions to meet different needs.
